Drink wine with a view!
As a small family business, we cultivate just under half a hectare of the Paradiesberg in Niederlößnitz in Radebeul. Our seven white wine varieties are cultivated with a lot of love and passion in a natural and environmentally friendly way. In our romantic wine tavern in the middle of the vineyard, directly on the Saxon Wine Trail, you can enjoy our home-grown wines with a uniquely beautiful view of Dresden and the surrounding area. The winemaker can also cook, so you can also enjoy delicious small dishes.
Our seven varieties of white wine are made with love and passion, mainly by hand. A healthy soil, the preservation of typical vineyard herbs and consideration for everything that creeps and flies create a lively environment for our vines. In such a small vineyard, we are able to harvest our grapes with an optimal balance of sugar and acidity. In the newly built wine cellar, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and given the necessary rest and time to mature.
A natural and environmentally friendly cultivation is a matter of course for me. The use of herbicides and pesticides is consistently avoided.
