26th Open Vineyard Days

Celebrate delightfully in the Elbland region

Celebrate with us a quarter of a century full of passion, tradition and exquisite wines. On the 30th and 31st of August 2025, various vineyards, wine taverns and other wine institutions in the picturesque Dresden Elbland region will open their doors. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture, experience the art of winemaking up close and let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere at the wineries.

  • Saturday 12-8 p.m., Sunday 12-6 p.m.

  • 50 wine-producing businesses between Pirna and Diesbar-Seusslitz

  • Wine tasting: sample the variety of fine wines. From crisp, refreshing white wines to full-bodied reds – there is something for every palate.

  • Guided vineyard tours: Embark on a guided tour through the vineyards and learn more about viticulture in our region.

  • Culinary delights: Enjoy regional specialities, hearty vintner snacks and high-class cuisine – perfectly matched to the wines.

  • Live music and entertainment: Be inspired by a colourful supporting programme of music and art.

  • Insight into historical and modern wine cellars: Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wine cellars – from centuries-old vaults to the most modern storage facilities.

  • Demonstration of modern technology: Experience how traditional craftsmanship meets innovative technologies and how these are revolutionising the art of winemaking.

  • Activities for children: There will also be exciting activities for younger guests so that the whole family can enjoy the open winery days.
