By public transport:
The Herkuleskeule in the Kulturpalast Dresden is optimally connected to the public transport network.
Stop: Altmarkt
Tram lines: 1, 2, 4
Simply get off at the Altmarkt stop and you will find yourself directly in front of the entrance to the Kulturpalast and thus also the Herkuleskeule.

From the south:

For example, a large multi-storey car park is located in Wilsdruffer Straße, just a few minutes' walk from the Kulturpalast.
