Es ist wieder soweit. Für Eisenbahnfans und Familien steht das große Schmalspurbahn-Festival entlang der Weißeritztalbahn an. Und in diesem Jahr zum feiert die Schmalspurbahn ihr 142. Streckenjubiläum für die Gesamtstrecke. Zum Auftakt findet am Freitag, 9. Mai der Foto-Freitag statt.
Für Familien und Mitfahr-Begeisterte wird es rund um den Bahnhof Freital verschiedene Mitmach-Aktionen am Festival-Wochenende geben. Natürlich sind verschiedene Sonderzüge auf der Strecke zu erleben.
