Christmas Market Großenhain 2024 - Festive atmosphere on the historic main market
The Großenhain Christmas market transforms the city centre into a festively decorated Christmas town for four weeks. Around 40 lovingly decorated stalls invite you to stroll and enjoy. Visitors can savour the scent of roasted almonds, quark lace and mulled wine and experience craft demonstrations such as glass blowing and show forging. A special highlight for children is the witches' house, where biscuits are baked, as well as a toboggan run and a children's carousel. There is a varied programme on the Christmas market stage and in the Großenhain Cultural Palace that will delight the whole family.
